  12. The FAQ says that the book "Writing Loadable Kernel Servers" may be
  13. ordered through Addison-Wesley (if I'm not reading it incorrectly).

  15. When I call them and try to order it (or even find the ten volume
  16. set of technical docs that should include it) they have no idea what
  17. I'm talking about.
