  25. I've heard of no plans to do this. The cost of duplicating and  
  26. distributing a CD-ROM are so low (they come "free" in periodicals now)  
  27. that I can't imagine that it would significantly affect the upgrade cost  
  28. anyway. Seems $295 isn't a bad price for the license itself.
