  11. Hello all.  I finally got my supra fax modem, and it was "plug and
  12. play" for data except for one thing.  When I first turn it on and go
  13. into kermit and issue a dial command, I'll hear the touch tones but
  14. I'll also hear a rhythmic clicking sound and the modem then
  15. disconnects (always with a clicking sound).  After a while, it just
  16. starts working.  Has anyone else experienced anything like that?

  18. I've spoken with the people at supra and they don't know what it is.
  19. If it isn't some setting that I need to change for the NeXT, then I
  20. guess I'll have to get a replacement. :-(
