  25. I had one of these drives for a few days.  It didn't seem to work with the
  26. NeXTstation on my desk right out of the box.  I could low level format it, 
  27. but when I tried to build a file system on it, it would die with a write 
  28. error very early in the process.

  30. I'm sure, given a spec sheet with the jumper settins (which I didn't have),
  31. that the drive can be made to work with the NeXT.  My chief complaint is that
  32. the drive is *real* noisy.  To be blunt, it squeels like a pig.
