  11. One of our NeXT Laser Printers  (still under warranty) has become  
  12. extremely finicky about loading paper.   When you try to print it  
  13. complains that the printer is out of paper.  Removing the paper casette  
  14. shows that the printer lifted up a sheet to roll through the printer, but  
  15. the paper didn't get grabbed quite right.  After much shuffling and  
  16. fussing you can eventually get it to go, but the problem seems to be  
  17. getting worse.  It has been doing this for over a week now.  Is there a  
  18. simple adjustment we can make, or do we need a service call?
