  20. Defined:            Computer simulation of analog or mixed-signal
  21.                     electronic circuitry using either Mentor or
  22.                     generic software.  Raw simulation data is
  23.                     worked by the user to produce answers to
  24.                     engineering questions.  Includes all activity
  25.                     necessary to produce human communication
  26.                     media.
