  12. Here's a new one for me:

  14. I found the necessity today to upgrade to 7.0.1 from 7.0 on my SE.  (Before 
  15. everyone tells me that I get no benefit from such a move, let me assure you
  16. that I do -- I want a hybrid English-Hebrew system, and you need 7.0.1 to
  17. make the hybrid.  Nonetheless, I have the same problems on an unmodified
  18. system.)  Now when I start up, I immediately crash with an "Unimplemented Trap"
  19. message caused by System 7 Tuner.

  21. I get the crash even with absolutely no other extensions or control panels.
  22. I don't think anything is corrupted.  I crash both with a copy of the Tuner
  23. that works fine with my 7.0 system and with a copy freshly installed from
  24. a locked Tuneup installation disk.  I installed 7.0.1 from two completely
  25. different (locked) sets of installation disks with the same result.

  27. The only oddity is that I have a Total Systems' Gemini 030 accelerator, but
  28. it works with zero compatibility problems under 7.0.  I am using version 2.2
  29. of the GemStart control panel, but the Tuner loads (or doesn't) before any
  30. extensions, anyway

  32. I know that the obvious answer is to talk to Total Systems, and I will, next
  33. week at MacWorld.  I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with 
  34. this problem.
