  13. I had a similar freeze-up when I turned on 32 bit addressing.  In this
  14. case it seemed to be one of my extensions, though, since I could boot
  15. by keeping the shift key down.  My feeling is that one will have to
  16. go through the boot sequence one item at a time to find a reliable
  17. method of getting up in 32 bit mode.
