- Here's my problem:
-
- I have a Mac Plus with a Jasmine 40 Meg Backpack hard drive, and a large
- number of fonts, both ATM (postscript type I) and TrueType. My problem is
- that since I moved to System 7, whenever I try to print postscript to disk, I
- get a "Finder Address Error", or "Unknown Trap" or something like that. The
- same problem occurs when I try to use the TypeBook and the FontClerk (PD
- type cataloging programs), but not with FontPrinter or Varityper Toolkit.
- It's a pain! It crashes my whole machine, even with all inits removed
- completely from the hard drive. I reformatted the hard drive with Apple's
- HDSC Setup 7.0, using the tricks outlined here and in other places, using
- Apple's own drivers, but I still get the same problems. Any Ideas?
-
- Thanks!
