  22.   Okay, I'm annoyed.  I *want* that technical documentation.  I *need*
  23. it.  Now somebody is complaining because Apple is providing it and
  24. updating it to make it even easier to use and has the gall to actually
  25. charge for it :-).

  27.   I will admit that my sense if irony was set off here.  The same 
  28. Addison-Wesley catalog that has the new IM series carries the new
  29. 7 volumes for the Next Developer Library series for NeXTSTEP, version 3.
  30. The cost in C$ 268.65.  I imagine it will be about US$ 220.00

  32.   I just can't imagine complaining about having documentation available.
  33. If you can't afford it, you're still in no worse shape than you would be
  34. programming, say DOS.  Books (technical books, especially) ain't cheap.  
  35. Saying that nobody should have them if you can't afford them is pretty
  36. selfish.  I suppose you would be a lot happier if Apple just didn't release
  37. any technical documentation at all.  That way you could have it all for free!

  39.   If you are complaining about price, get real!  Take a look at the price
  40. of *any* computing books around you.  The Apple books are *better* priced
  41. than others on an $/amount basis (about the same per page, except IM is
  42. 8.5" x 11" instead of 7.5" x 9.5").
