- I was having this problem with what seemed like lost key-up and mouse-up
- events, too (i.e., the keys themselves clearly don't stick down, but the
- Mac behaves as if they have). Last week I had my keyboard replaced with
- one of the new-style mac keyboards (Apple Keyboard II, the small-footprint
- keyboard with the short-travel power-on key), and I've had no problems
- since.
-
- Do all you folks having mouse problems have your mice plugged into the
- keyboard? As an experiment, try plugging it into the system unit and see
- if the problem goes away (of course, maybe it's some kind of ADB contention
- problem with the keyboard and it won't matter where it's plugged in).
