- Subject line tells the story. A compiled application run from the Finder
- gets no app4 events other than cursor moved events by switching to the
- foreground. Nada. Zilch. Naught. None. Why not?

- The SIZE resource is okay. When the accept-suspend-and-resume-events bit
- is set, I get only suspend events. When it is clear, I get neither.
- Neither the Multifinder-aware bit nor the get-front-clicks bit matter.
