  11. Subject line tells the story. A compiled application run from the Finder
  12. gets no app4 events other than cursor moved events by switching to the
  13. foreground. Nada. Zilch. Naught. None. Why not?

  15. The SIZE resource is okay. When the accept-suspend-and-resume-events bit
  16. is set, I get only suspend events.  When it is clear, I get neither.
  17. Neither the Multifinder-aware bit nor the get-front-clicks bit matter.
