  13. I am using MacApp 2.? with C++ and MPW.  I have reached the segment size
  14. limit for the jump table.  Is there anyway to override this (similar to
  15. the Far Code option in Think C)?  I have already tried using the -ss
  16. option in the Linker to increase the segment size limit but that doesn't
  17. seem to affect the jump table.
