  22. Resorcerer has a perfectly usable and stable TMPL-type editor for
  23. balloon help. You could also try Apple's BalloonWriter; it's more
  24. graphical, but it crashes every other half second. See the FAQ for
  25. more info on Resorcerer and on APDA, the source for BalloonWriter.
