  14. I am trying to get two processes on different machines to communicate
  15. through the internet.  On the one side I have a AllegroCL process running 
  16. on a remote SPARC, and I want to establish a socket connection with my
  17. ThinkC process running on my Mac.
  18.  
  19. I am pretty new to the details of Mac programming and have been swimming
  20. through VolumeVI for too long, and I want to know if anyone can suggest or 
  21. supply the C code and/or libraries that will enable me to communicate with
  22. the remote process.
