- Macintosh Programmers:
-
- Developer University is looking for experienced Macintosh contract
- programmers who are interested in consulting with us to develop
- and deliver training in Apple's latest system software and
- hardware technologies. Although we are always in need of people
- who can write sample code for our classroom and self-paced
- classes, we are especially interested in both procedural and
- object-oriented programmers who know how to communicate complex
- and technical information to other people.
-
- In particular, we are interested in people who have extensive
- experience programming all aspects of system 7.0 including
- AppleEvents and AppleScript, QuickTime, OCE, QuickDraw GX as well
- as people who have done a lot of commercial or in-house
- programming using MacApp 3.0. We are looking for contractors to
- support both training development and training delivery projects.
- Development projects could include one or more of the following
- tasks: writing sample applications using alpha and beta versions
- of new system software, writing lab instructions, creating
- presentations for classroom delivery, and/or creating self-paced
- learning modules using animation packages, QuickTime videos,
- print-based instruction and HyperCard stacks. Delivery projects
- include delivering technical lectures, helping students do labs,
- and answering questions raised by students during the course of
- the class. Delivery projects might include some travel.
-
- All of the work at Developer University is highly technical and
- requires someone who can learn technical material very quickly.
-
- Developer University offers extremely challenging work to
- contractors who have a rare set of skills. To get more
- information on being a part of getting the latest in Apple
- technology to developers all over the world, contact me:
