- I am working on a FileMaker Pro program for tracking the services delivered
- to the clients of the local AIDS project and have been stumped by the
- following:
-
- Assume that there are 100 clients and some 13 or more types of service,
- including one called 'transportation'. During a specific reporting period
- the usage of 'transportation' is:
-
- Client A 2 times
- Client B once
- Client C 5 times
- and Client D once
-
- Writing a report that states that 'transportation' was delivered 9 times
- during the reporting period is easy. However, how can one determine that
- the service was used by four clients?
-
- I have been told that it can't be done with FileMaker but hope that this
- isn't true.
-
- Many thanks in advance for any and all help - Carl
