- A couple of years ago we purchased a copy and had to send it back to Abraxas
- when we found that the 'sample grammars' supplied with the product are of
- extremely variable quality, and that the one we were particularly interested
- in (HyperTalk) was little better than useless. We were also unimpressed
- by the quality of the yacc implementation: gnu Bison is a lot better w.r.to
- error checking etc. Thankfully Abraxas were willing to give us a refund.
-
- I think other people may have had better experiences with MacYacc, but we
- were totally unimpressed.
