- While I think this was generally an excellent article, and I agree
- with everything you said, one point was left very unclear.

- Don't you, as an Apple employee, get a discount on your Mac purchases?

- I suspect there's some important point you forgot to mention, like:
- you bought your Mac before going to work for Apple. Or you don't work
- for Apple, you just use their net link. Or, Apple doesn't give its
- employees hefty discounts any more. Or, this article was really
- written by someone else, you just posted it.

- Again, I agree with everything you said. I don't even mind that, as
- an Apple employee, your motives for defending Apple might be in
- question. But you seem to be making the assumption that you pay as
- much for Macs as the rest of us, and that's certainly not an
- assumption I would make. Please clarify.
