  11. I am interested in putting system 7 on
  12. my mac classic but have been having some
  13. problems. please e-mail advice.

  15. I have downloaded the system7 images from
  16. ftp.apple.com and unstuffed them. they are
  17. now sitting on my hard drive still with the
  18. .image form. I don't understand how to
  19. get them on floppies without the .image, 
  20. i guess i mean in the form necessary to 
  21. boot from them.

  23. The 1400K images do not fit on my 1400K 
  24. disk. So i tried putting the 800K images
  25. on them which worked but it was still not
  26. in a form i could boot. the FAQ say something
  27. about diskcopy. what am i missing.

  29. also when i get this to work will i have to
  30. start from scratch on the hard drive i.e. have
  31. everything on backup and put it all back on.
