  13. Hello, I've owned a GCC PLP II for about 1200 pages worth now. I really like
  14. the printer, but I am starting to have a slight problem:

  16. In particularly dense areas of printing, I get smudged-like looking output.
  17. It happens regularly, but only in cases where there is-for instance-a
  18. bold 18 point (or larger) helvetica M or something.
  19. Do I just have to clean something or what?
