- Howdy,
- I've been wondering whether or not to join one of those on-line
- service things. I had Compu$pend at one point and wasn't too thrilled
- with it. Now, a lot of people are talking highly of America On-Line. I
- really like the Net and all it has to offer in terms of newsgroups,
- files, etc. Is AOL as good? Does it have the same diverse set of
- newsgroups? More importantly....how are its rates? I get the New for
- free from school, and from my encounter with Compu-Sh*t, I know how bad
- 'hidden' rates can be. Thanx in advance for any info.
-
- P.S. I put Prodigy in the header as an example. I know it's crap
