  20. First, download ttconverter from sumex-aim.stanford.edu.  Next, copy the
  21. fonts onto your mac using any of the many IBM-->Mac programs.  Then
  22. use ttconverter to magically convert to mac format.  Then just drop
  23. them in your system suitcase.
