  18.  It does exist and I could send a copy if you like. Or you could
  19. simply use Apple's LaserWriter Font Utility that comes with System
  20. 7.0.1 (and maybe 7.0 - can't remember...) to turn the startup page
  21. off. Don't know what possessed Apple to sell printers that produce
  22. test pages on startup as a default. I mean, it's cute and all but such
  23. an incredible waste of trees...
