- I don't understand. Why has Apple stung these people when they buy
- a PB100? They got a good machine at a price they were willing to
- pay.

- I think they'd be a lot worse of buying a machine from a company that
- doesn't respond to the competative environment (doesn't lower prices
- when everone else does) and eventually goes out of business.

- No one should ever buy a computer (any brand!) thinking they are gettting
- a machine that will hold its value. Computers never have and I doubt
- they ever will in my life time. Buy a computer to accomplish a task
- you need done - then you'll get your money's worth.
