  14. The most I ever used the init is in a lab where disks are recovered.

  16. We didn't want to give students our disks, so BAD was really nice, since
  17. we could reformat their marginal disk and give them their files, suggesting
  18. they buy a new disk to transfer things onto.

  20. We kept their files on the hard drive for a few days too, just in case their
  21. disk didn't make it to the bookstore and back.
  22.  
  23. This allowed us to be more of a one-stop shop, and helped move more people
  24. through the procedure faster.
