  14. The response and discussion about this new group proposal are highly
  15. underwhelming.   There is barely a peep out of folks.  The comments in
  16. this public discussion period are not even up to the level of the mail I
  17. got during the "feeler" stage.

  19. So far, the responses I've seen and received are still in favor of
  20. trying to get the group established, with an occasional negative
  21. response.   I hope the vote goes the same way, with more people
  22. participating.

  24. If there are no objections, I'll probably go for the CFV somewhere
  25. around the 6th of August and run the vote for a full thirty days.
