  12. Hello.
  13.     It is necessary for me to use Kermit here at ISU, and we have a Unix
  14. based minicomputer and a Vax/Vms machine to work with.  The Unix machine allows
  15. 2048 bytes per packet, and the Vax machine allows 1016.  Because we have 
  16. direct lines from our dorms to a network connecting us to the mini's, I do 
  17. all my downloading at 19200 bps.  I set my packet sizes to the maximum on
  18. either machine I am working with, and White Knight reports that I am receiving
  19. more than I asked for.
  20.     Use more than the 94 packetsize.  It runs faster, and with less errors.
