- Hi,
-
-
- I am just a beginner on the Mac ( I use DOS ), so these
- questions are probably quite stupid. Please answer anyway!
-
-
- I have trouble reading the files on the Garbo CD-ROM.
- All of them are TEXT type files, even the .SEA self extracting
- archives. In the Docs, it says to run the .SEA files and they
- will extract. I tried to extract stuffit.sea, but since its
- TEXT not APPL I can't run it. I tried changing thew type to
- APPL, and I was able to run it, only to get an error -39 ( not
- sure about the number).
-
- Some guy told me I needed MacBinary. There is a file called
- MACBINRY.HQX on the disc, but it's a TEXT, too, so I have the
- same problem with it.
-
- I can't believe I'm the only one havig this problem with the
- CD! And I can't be the only one who has the CD!
-
- Please Help!!
-
-
- Thanks in advance,
-
- Ulrich
