  19. Seriously, looks like the consensus here is that everyone wants a Newton.
  20. I've been reading a bit about it recently and it is interesting.  However
  21. the original article was titled a NON-TECHIE VIEW OF NEWTON and all the
  22. posts I've seen appear to come from techies (I think that most people
  23. that post to the net would be classified as "techies" in my experience).

  25. Guess we'll have to wait until it hits the stores to see if "non-techies"
  26. really want to plunk down something like $1000 for one of these things.
  27. Personally, I could not justify that kind of expenditure for such a product
  28. at this point.  Maybe you guys can.  Great - then I can borrow one of yours and
  29. play around with it; maybe you'll change my mind!  Should be interesting....
