- I've been having a curious problem and thought someone here might have
- some insight as to it's cause and solution.
-
- I'm working on an SE/30 running System 7.0.1 with Tune-up 1.1.1 and
- many extensions, cdevs and assorted fun play things. After starting
- up HyperCard, and bringing up the 'About This Macitosh...' dialog from
- the Finder, I find that HyperCard has 2048k alotted in RAM. Everything's
- OK with the world.
-
- Then, after starting up some other applications, and doing other work,
- I return to find that the RAM partition for HC has been reduced. This
- sometimes is not noticed until I find myself in MacsBug, picking up
- the pieces. (I use Letters from 925 Software, which won't always keep
- track of memory condidtions :( ).
-
- Does anyone have a clue as to what's going on here? This can be very
- distressing, especially with unfinished business in other applications.
-
- Thanks,
- Shawn
