- Hi,
- I have had two different Mac Plusses develop the same problem.
- At any time (idle or in an application) I get the harddisk light on
- continuously, and the system either freezes or crashes, id= almost every
- different one at this point. Reboot, everything's ok for a few hours.
- I fixed the problem once by replacing the whole harddisk. Reformatting
- and restoring the second problem disk has had no effect. Power
- surge suppressor strip. No unusual inits.
- 40mb Mac scsi hd. Is this a symptom of a sick disk or what? Norton
- (of course) sees nothing. Any ideas? JD
