- Hey, anyone had any problems setting up a LaserWriter IIf? I just took one out
- of the box, installed the IIf board, put in toner, closed the lid, turned it on
- and... lights. Specifically, the power light is on, toner off (both good),
- paper out is on and paper jam is flashing (both bad). This happens with paper
- in the tray, but nothing has ever been fed. Nothing I do seems to change
- the condition. Thinking it might be damaged, I set up the second one....
- IDENTICAL problem. I've double checked everything, but nothing seems right.
- Do these things need to be attatched to a network before it can print the test
- page? I assumed no. Any help would be greatly appreciated....
- Thanks.
