- We've got a sticktion problem drive that they won't replace free
- anymore, in one of our Mac IIxes. It's an 80Mb Quantum. Rather than
- let our in-house folks replace it with a reconditioned unit (and send
- ours out to become somebody else's reconditioned unit!), or pay Apple
- for a direct replacement, I'm thinking of putting a 3rd party mail-order
- drive in there.
-
- I'm pretty much up on the ADS, what I could use are RECOMMENDATIONS. In
- the ca. $250-350 range, ca. 80+Mb, whaddya like?
