- LaCie used to be a very good company: nice product, good service, fast
- delivery. Well, not anymore.
-
- My Cirrus 105MB HD was sick (not dead) with sticky problem lately (head
- would not move on power up once in a while.). I asked LaCie to take
- care of it since it is still under 5 year warranty. (I noticed now they
- only offer 2-year warranty.)
-
- They never respond to my inquiry. Period.
-
- Cancelling your order is a smart move, Bill.
