  16. The LaCie sales representitives repeatedly lied to me about when my drive 
  17. would be shipped, and I found it nearly impossible to get ahold of anybody 
  18. to inquire about my order. I eventually canceled my order, figuring that I 
  19. didn't want a disk drive from such a company, since my odds of being able 
  20. to contact someone in case I had problems seemed near zero. It took threats
  21. of calling the Better Business Bureau to get them to call me back so that I
  22. could cancel my order.
