- The rumor may be based on the fact that a poll among MacWeek corporate
- users wanted to get the SE/30 back. It is a good server machine, small
- in size, and good performance. I think that there will come a new
- compact Mac with lots of power. But the question is when. A compact mac
- has some advantages over the Powerbooks. It can use much more power,
- allowing for use of the 040, and expansion cards etc. And even with
- additional external monitor the built in video is not useless. At least
- not on my SE/30.
