- Does Apple have some sort of an office that can deal with problems a
- customer is having with one of Apple's service departments? I'm looking
- for a name and a phone number.
-
- To illustrate my current situation without going into all the details
- and all the phone calls, I offer the following two items:
- 1. Apple has had my Powerbook for 24 days now.
- 2. Today I received an unexpected and unwanted shipment of two (2)
- Apple Fax/Data modems. I do not know how they enter into the
- situation, but I am sure they are an important clue.
-
- Is there someone outside of the people you get when you call
- 1-800-SOS-APPL that I can call to help get this straightened out?
