  24. The educational price of a Mac IIsi 5/80 at The University of Texas
  25. (Austin) will drop to $1499 on August 1.  This is from an official
  26. price list.  Many other models also drop in price, but I don't
  27. remember specifics about other machines.

  29. I have no information about impending non-educational price cuts, but
  30. it seems likely that there is a connection.  If so, this would be a
  31. bad week to buy a Mac....
