  13. I have a Jasmine DirectDrive80 which is misbahaving. I've tried Norton and various other utilities, but they don't seem to be able to fix it permanently.

  15. I need a place which can try to repair the thing but I understand that Jasmine have gone out of business, so can anyone suggest a place where I can get it serviced?
