  13. After posting to this bboard and getting many replies, i came to the
  14. following conclusion [expanded in prev mssg]

  16. The HP DeskWriter is the best deal for low cost mac printing.
  17. 1. 300dpi, consistent
  18. 2. approx a page or 2 per min
  19. 3. if you ever need postscript, you can use Freedom of the Press [retail ~$80]
  20. 4. Three year warrenty

  23. including tax, shipping AND the cable: $415
