  13. I need some advice on how to hook an NEC-LC860+ laser printer to a Macintosh.
  14. I am aware that the NEC is not a PostScript printer; the object is to allow
  15. output to be printed (even if it looks like dot-matrix variety) to the printer
  16. since that's what we have.  I was told by a local printer-vendor that I 
  17. would have to buy a $150 cable/converter called a "grappler" to do this. I
  18. don't know alot about mac's (I'm a PC type), but I was under the impression
  19. that all I needed was two Appletalk interfaces (mac port + printer port) and 
  20. a cable - is this correct ?  Any/all help & comments would be greatly
