- Because the Supreme Court decided VCR's were a special case. I had forgotten
- this when I wrote my messages teh other day. If I remember there was quite a
- battle between the VCR makers and Hollywood.

- Interesting question that falls under all this. Public transmission enter my
- house. ie. Satelite. If I crack the scrambling method, am I violating a
- copywrite? Wasn't there a big controversy about this a few years back? Radio
- Shack selling HBO busters or something like that.
