  37. Well Mike, there is some difference in quality.  Many of the digitized
  38. sounds off TV or even of records or tape (though not off CD) aren't
  39. very high quality.  Lots of noise.

  41. I expect that "original" sounds sold on disk would be sampled down
  42. versions of the original digital master sounds.

  44. Still, you point is on the whole valid - I'm sure many people just
  45. want the sounds as toys and the poor quality of the bootleg versions
  46. isn't that big of a deal for toy sounds.
