  14. I have a problem with a Toshiba T5200 with 5M of extended memory.
  15. Currently configured with TEST3 as all extended memory except 288K for
  16. shadow ROM as recommended in the Toshiba manual.
  17. The version of DOS is 5.0.
  18. The network is PCNFS 4.0
  19. It contains a Western Digital Ethernet Card
  20.    TP Ethernet 8013WC
  21.    I/O Address 240
  22.    IRQ 5
  23.    RAM size 16K
  24.    RAM Address C800
  25.    ROM size disabled
  26.    ROM Address D800
  27.    Connection 10BaseT

  29. I appear to be unable to access HMA with emm386.sys.
  30. An extract from the config.sys file is...

  33.    device=emm386.sys noems
  34.    dos=high,umb

  37. The two parameters of emm386 which give access to HMA  - noems and ram
  38. are both rejected by the machine.
  39. Dos loads high,  but I cannot see or access HMA to load other device drivers.
  40. Does anyone have any ideas?
