- I appear to be unable to access HMA with emm386.sys.
- An extract from the config.sys file is...
- ...
- device=himem.sys /m:1
- device=emm386.sys noems
- dos=high,umb
- ...
-
- The two parameters of emm386 which give access to HMA - noems and ram
- are both rejected by the machine.
- Dos loads high, but I cannot see or access HMA to load other device drivers.
- Does anyone have any ideas?
