- I posted a request for information on PCBrand a few days ago and
- got sufficient response to confince me that they are a reputable
- company. I'm very close to buying their 486/SLC 120 MB notebook
- for $1995. However now I'm looking at the powerbooks as an alternative.
- I'm definately going to pay more for a powerbook, but it seems that
- with it's DOS/Mac versatility, it is the wave of the future and it
- will be with me longer.
-
- Does anyone have any advice for me? How much more will I be paying
- to buy a powerbook comperable in performance to a 486/SLC. I know
- I can't get the same hard drive on a power book, but 80 is all I'll
- I'll ever need right now. I'm not a software junky.
