- I have a BJ10ex and can give the switch settings if you want them.

- internal fonts.

- One thing to try is to print plain ASCII.

- Assuming you don't have the bin-sheet-feeder, set all
- the switches down towards the front of the printer.
- The printer should now be in BJ10e mode. Could I suggest
- you try printing ACSII then try using the Windows 3.1 driver.

- If you switch the extreme right DIP switch up, the printer should
- now be in EPSON LQ mode. This is assuming the Japanese standardise
- their printers and don't put everything around the other way for
- their home market printers.
