  10. A few people have sent mail asking where the mugs are.  We are
  11. starting to send them out now, but are using the cheapest available
  12. postal service.  It may be a few weeks before they are all out, and
  13. people outside of the US will have an additional delay while they
  14. ride around the ocean in a boat...
