- The program FDFORMAT ver 1.8 has options for sector sliding, but doesn't
- have the optimizing routine mentioned for diskrw.
- FDFORMAT can also format diskettes to non-standard formats. I use it to
- format all my old 360K diskettes to 820K for use on a 1.2MB drive.
- You need to included FDREAD to load as about a 160 byte TSR to be able
- to read non-standard formatted diskettes.
