  22. No specific info, but perhaps MS & PN figured that if they can sucker
  23. so many people into paying $$ for long overdue fixes, minor upgrades,
  24. and renaming the UAE; that they could possibly do the same with some
  25. of their other products. For a +0.1 level upgrade they got tons of
  26. moola, so now they want to see how many long standing customers will
  27. fork out more for a +0.01 upgrade (like they plan on there being a
  28. MS-DOS 5.99)?  ;-)   rc
